Today, 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗯 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 1:1 replicas of the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝟯𝟯𝟭/𝟭𝟵𝟱 units currently used by Northern, have left SIM Factor and are on their way to 𝗟𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀.
These are 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗶𝘅 𝗰𝗮𝗯 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 ordered by Northern, with the other three already installed in 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. This delivery is part of our contract with one of the largest train operators in the UK, which will receive a total of 𝟯𝟮 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 – 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿.
2026 is almost halfway through and it marks another year of 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 for SIM Factor.
Apart from the UK, this year SIM Factor will be adding 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 to its portfolio. We have already delivered two full-cab simulators on motion platforms to 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗮 earlier this year and are working on two more for 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹 and 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮. Moreover, we have recently signed a contract in 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗲 for the delivery of a further 14 simulators, adding another country to SIM Factor’s roster.
Our continuous international expansion proves that our 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 is able to recreate any railway system in Europe. In addition, with 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟲𝟬𝟬 𝗸𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗲𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 in India, we have demonstrated the ability to adapt to non-European railway standards and operational environments.
